After 11 and a half incredible years at the helm of Golcar United, Ash and Gav Connor have made the heartfelt decision to step down from their roles in the dugout.

During their tenure, the club has experienced some unforgettable moments and major successes - league titles, cup victories and finals, and a historic promotion from the North West Counties League. These achievements have shaped the club's recent history and will be cherished by everyone associated with Golcar United.

Ash and Gav leave the club in a much stronger position than when they arrived. Their leadership, passion and tireless commitment have place a massive role in elevating Golcar United both on and off the pitch.

Behind the scenes, they have been supported by an exceptional team of individuals- committee members, trustees, volunteers, backroom staff, coaches and, of course, the players - all of whom Ash and Gav have expressed deep gratitude to. Just as importantly, the fans have played a vital part on this journey, many of whom have become friends and part of the extended Golcar United family.
