Disappointment was the word to sum up the feeling after Golcar's loss to Knaresborough Town at the weekend.
It was a lacklustre display but hopefully it fuels an angry Golcar United tomorrow night, finally back at home against Rossington Main.
This fixture earlier in the season, also on a Tuesday evening, ended in heartbreak for The Weavers. After an excellent away display, Rossington equalised in the 90th minute despite Golcar being the better side throughout.
Rossington now sit just one place below Golcar in the second relegation place but are on the same amount of points, with a game in hand, making this a vital game.
The visitors have been fairly watertight this season for a team in the relegation zone, conceding 39 which ranks them 7th in the league in that department.
The main struggle has been putting the ball in the back of the other net, scoring 35 which ranks them 17th. This lack of goals is perhaps summed up by their top-goal scorer only bagging 6 league goals this season.
There should be a renewed optimism though in Rosso's camp following a scalp at home against Sheffield FC at the weekend where Leon Howarth scored early and that strong defense showed as they held out for a 1-0 win.
For The Weavers, with the addition of Ashley Flynn, who'll play his first game back at The Skye Direct on Tuesday, and our top-scorer George Doyle back amongst the goals, putting the ball in the net shouldn't be a huge problem.
But four goals conceded at the weekend hopefully doesn't hurt the confidence of what has been a relatively high-performing defence over the course of the season, which could be the key to get us out of danger.
Try to get down to The Skye Direct tomorrow night to cheer the lads on to a massive three points!
Up The Village!
