After an impressive 6-1 victory at Frickley Athletic on Saturday, Golcar will be looking for their third win of the season tonight as fifth place Knaresborough Town visit.
Two goals from George Doyle and Zachary Rushworth, a single from Jerome Bedeau and an own goal from Frickley's William Jenkinson helped give the Village all three points at the weekend which also lifted Joe Scarz's side to 16th.
A win tonight against Knaresborough could see Golcar into 11th place if other results go their way.
So far this season, Knaresborough have four wins, three draws and two losses and find themselves in a decent fifth place and three points could see them go one or two places higher in the play offs.
The Village didn't get any three points against tonight's oppenents last season with a 1-1 draw playing out away from home in November and 2-1 defeat at the Skye Direct Stadium earlier this year in March.
After this game, Golcar don't have play until next Saturday (27th September) due to the FA Vase 2nd Qualifying Round taking place this weekend so three points would be great going into this short break.
The Skye Direct Stadium awaits the two teams.
