After exceptional performances, and goals and assists galore, George Doyle earned himself a move to the Northern Premier League and signed for Bradford (Park Avenue).

However, the opportunity has arisen to re-sign Doyley; a signing that excites manager Joe Skarz and, no doubt, our wonderful fans too.

Joe Skarz says: "It's been a long time waiting to get George back to the club permanently but I couldn't be more delighted. George initially trained with use when I was still playing and straight away I saw a player far above this level with the quality he possesses.

He fully deserved his move to Bradford Park Avenue in the summer, but sometimes things in football don't work out.

I believe George should be playing even higher than the level he has just left and it's our ambition as a club and coaching team now to help him do so- and he'll only do that by showing what he can do here at Golcar United".

George Doyle is available for selection for tonight's match vs Horbury Town at the Skye Direct Stadium (7:45pm KO).
